Our Space

• Location-wise, we are based in Theale and Maidenhead, you will be expected to work between the 2 offices

We are seeking an accounts receivable executive who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Accounts Receivable Executive Role

At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to our team are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80’s for this role, are:

• Review the ledgers for accuracy and adjusting miss-postings
• Working closely with our International accounting advisers to close month end
• Reconcile all the banks and post the bank entries
• Performing and investigating balance sheet reconciliations monthly
• Support with month end reporting
• Preparation of statistical submissions
• Dealing with auditor queries

Are You Qualified for the Accounts Receivable Executive Role?

• Qualifications: Educated to degree level. Part-Qualified Accountant. Relevant experience.
• Knowledge: Previously worked in similar capacity ideally within an international organisation. Strong financial background. Experience of fast paced, dynamic environments. Knowledge of Finance systems and Microsoft Office applications.
