Sales Administrator – Temp to Perm – Telford

We are recruiting on behalf of a worldwide manufacturer to join them in a brand-new Sales Administrator / Commercial Administrator / Customer Service role for their Telford office.  This new role will be recruited for on a Temp-to-Perm basis. You’ll be based in a small, but friendly team and the role will suit an experienced Administrator who is happy getting involved in a variety of tasks.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Producing and presenting quotes
  • Chasing up outstanding quotes
  • Processing orders
  • Order acknowledgements
  • Generating POs
  • Invoice generation
  • Sorting mail
  • Printing despatch notes
  • Other ad hoc duties

This excellent opportunity comes with a generous hourly pay rate of £10.00 per hour for the right person and there is also flexibility offered on the hours of work (minimum of 09:00 -15:30, Mon – Fri).

You’ll be well organised, have excellent communication skills, be IT literate (including Ms Excel, Ms Word & Sage) and have the ability to work independently when required.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you MUST have experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a commercial environment and in an all-round sales support role but with some accounts exposure.

The site in Telford is commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Stafford, Perton, Newport, Shifnal, Market Drayton etc
