£25,000 to £29,000 + benefits
Flexible working options available, this role could either be full time or part time to suit the ideal candidate. Salary will be pro-rated accordingly for any part time employee.
Initially established in 1990 under the name Apex Cylinders, Saueressig has grown to be a successful company specialising in reprographics and pre-press processes for packaging printers. Using our 27 years of experience we provide the highest quality support services between brand owners and printing houses through our team of highly-skilled, technical staff.
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent accountancy skills to join this highly-skilled team in order to provide overall management of our accounts within the company. You will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, overall bank and cash controls, reconciling all balance sheets, monthly invoices and debts, as well as the inhouse payroll.
In addition to this you will be responsible for preparing the company’s budget and forecast information and for updating live forecasting models to present at company meetings.
Your role also involves taking on basic HR duties, mainly liaising with our outsourced HR advisory firm, maintaining HR holiday and other records and tasks as necessary. In addition, you will manage the company pension scheme so experience in working with pensions and benefits would be beneficial.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software (Pegasus, Sage, SAP or similar package)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Qualified preferred but not essential / qualified by experience
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
