Klarion Group are working on behalf of the market leader of eLearning.

We are looking for tenacious German speaking individuals with new business hunter mentality. Are you from a direct sales background, recruitment, estate agency, mobile phone, media sales? If so this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

About the Role:

You will possess an accomplished track record in business development, selling to senior decision makers such as Heads of L&D, Chief Learning Officers (CLO's). The role is new business focused, this is an office based role.

Win, retain and Manage accounts on an ongoing basis.

Identify and build relationships with department heads.
Build and Produce accurate sales pipeline and sales forecasts
Deliver Presentations, online and face to face.
Develop strong, long term client relationships that build incremental revenue

Desired Skills and Experience

Customer Focussed - with excellent communications skills.

Ability to manage multiple relationships within an organization

Strong relationship-building and consulting skills

Forward thinking and quick moving with a winning attitude

Excellent written / verbal communication skills

Proven sales track record

Technology sales experience is desired although not essential.

Knowledge of CRM software packages

Fast learner with the ability to absorb technical information

Must understand the full sales cycle from implementation to renewal.

Upselling and Cross-selling experience.

For this vacancy the base salary is £30,000 - £40,000 with commission matching salary + Excellent benefits
