Recruitment Branch Manager £30,000 to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

About you:

  • Ideally you will have already been a Branch Manager within recruitment (not necessarily in Healthcare) for a minimum of 2 years. Although this is our preferred choice for the role, we would consider a senior consultant with the right values and potential also.
  • Achieving excellent sales or surpassing targets is an outcome we are looking for in our successful candidate – If you are a great people person, able to motivate a team and be an effective client networker then you will surpass your targets. So how good are your people and networking skills?
  • Our industry is becoming ever more compliant driven – How diligent and organised are you?
  • A good leader needs good positive energy levels, others feed off this. How good are yours?
  • You want to have autonomy? Many people say they want this, but it does require you to be fully accountable for your actions and results, which some people shy away from. So do you want to work in an environment where you will have full autonomy?


About us

  • We were established in 2011 and have an excellent client base in place which we now want to build on.
  • We don’t do 360 – We have a booking, recruitment and a compliance team.
  • We are a small team but we have space to grow.
  • Our clients are private residential care, councils, charities and non-profit organisations across elderly, learning disabilities, Mental Health and Children’s Services. We don’t currently operate in the NHS, however this is an area of growth we would like to explore.
