YESSS we are recruiting for a Regional Office Administrator in the Normanton area:

The role

  • Copy invoices to customers
  • Transferring completed work to accounts
  • Linking data form our software to the accounts software
  • Filing
  • Posting customer invoices
  • Distributing post
  • Following up supplier enquiries

What will you need?

  • Office-based administration experience.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop as part of a growing company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (face-to-face and via the telephone).
  • Computer literate (e.g., Microsoft Office) and an ability to quickly learn new software packages.
  • A flexible and positive attitude.
