Customer Experience Specialist
On the Branch Support Team we are passionate about giving a personal service to each of our customers as we take overflow calls from the network of lettings branches. We are often the first people that our customers speak to and we believe in taking a responsible and straightforward approach to giving a great first impression of the company. We deal with a wide variety of queries and no two days are the same, what does remain the same is our commitment to delivering the very best customer service whether we are speaking to new or existing customers.
On the branch support team we pride ourselves on our customer`s journey whether it be an internal customer or external customer. Using our experience and knowledge throughout the entire lettings industry to create and build relationships with our customers. You will possess a desire to go above and beyond and ensure any customer is highly satisfied with the service they have received. Personally delivering our values daily is part a mandatory part of the role, our customer experience team is in high demand from the business as we expand to offer our prestige service throughout an ever growing network.
