The Accounts Administrator is responsible for producing client invoices from an automated system working with MS Excel, this is a great opportunity for someone with the following skills;

  •          MS Excel
  •          Basic Sage
  •          Good communicator
  •          Self-Motivating
  •          Good attention to detail

Brief Duties


  • Daily use of Sage Line 50 & Excel
  • Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Raising invoices weekly and sending to our clients
  • Entering invoices onto the system
  • Dealing with Invoice queries
  • Chasing some overdue debt
