Contract Quality Coordinator
Training 2000 is a charitable trust set up by a consortium of Lancashire businesses and is now one of the largest Group Training Associations in England, with over 50 years' experience of delivering high quality work-based learning and training programmes to industry and individuals. We have grown to more than 250 staff and 6 centres across the North West and other areas of the UK, working with national employers across a wide range of sectors, whilst maintaining local support.
A vacancy has arisen for a Contract Quality Coordinator which will be based at the Rolls-Royce site in Derby. This is a part time role to cover a job share on the basis of 19 hours per work (worked over 2.5 days)
About the Role:
The contract quality coordinator is an integral part of the Quality Team with indirect responsibility for performance, quality, compliance and MI reporting with an understanding of performance measures, quality assurance principles, Ofsted Common Inspection Framework and funding rules and requirements.
You will support the Contract Manager to effectively manage relationships with subcontractors external and internal to the organisation. Provide information, advice, guidance and support to internal staff and external subcontractors regarding quality of provision, performance and contractual compliance.
A key part of this role is the Planning and arranging of Service Level Agreements with subcontractors prioritised according to identified risks and ensuring subcontractor finances are processed in line with Services Agreements.
You will also have responsibility for the administration of apprentice new start, achievement and leaver paperwork to awarding body and contractual requirements. Conducting customer and learner surveys, agree actions to resolve where possible any improvements to the learning experience in the short, medium and long term.
The ideal candidate will be organised with excellent attention to detail skills.
Experience of managing supplier contracts including MI reporting of contracts would be an advantage.
An up to date knowledge of Skills Funding Agency, Skills Development Scotland, Ofsted Common Inspection Framework rules and requirements is desirable.
