Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Start Jobs London

Hours:

• Full-time hours from Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) with a half-hour break

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

• Provide professional, helpful, and timely responses to consumer inquiries
• Understand consumer needs and respond appropriately to leave them feeling valued
• Work cross-functionally to provide information to other teams
• Demonstrate empathy and use every contact as an opportunity to engage and build relationships
• Review and report trends in consumer contacts, sharing insights with the marketing team
