Description

Accounts Payable Specialist responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable
• Maintain vendor relations and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of annual audits
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial procedures
• Work collaboratively with the wider Accounting & Finance team

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
