Are you a highly organised and proactive individual looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team?
We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Team Support Administrator based in Exeter.
This temporary contract role, within the Project Management Office (PMO), will see you supporting the wider Major Projects team!
Summary:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Exeter
- Pay Rate: 17.00 - 19.00 per hour dependant on experience
- Hours: 37 per week - Monday to Friday over the Core Hours 8am - 5pm
- Hybrid Working Available!
Duties Include:
- The preparation of construction/maintenance/replacement work, and co-ordination of team activities.
- Responding to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing
- Assisting the Team Manager and Management Team
- The inputting of data into the appropriate data base as support to the Field Teams
- Assisting other Team Members as and when required
Requirements:
- High organisational skills will be most important to be successful in this role.
- Effective Communication skills both verbal and written as you will be liaising with customers and other team members
- Reliable, well organised and be able to work as part of a small team
- Microsoft office suite is essential for this role
