Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain your own ledger, ensuring timely debt collection

- Handle accounts from both **local authorities** and **private organisations**

- Chase overdue payments and reduce debt efficiently in a **fast-paced environment**

- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Credit Controller in a Medical or B2B environment

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of transactions

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- A can-do attitude with a passion for learning and continuous improvement

- Proactive approach to problem-solving and managing debt
