This role is an excellent opportunity for a Credit Controller who is enthusiastic and detail-oriented, to contribute significantly to a not-for-profit organisation within the Accounting & Finance department, located in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining credit control processes, ensuring the financial stability of the organisation.

Description
- Manage and maintain the credit control process
- Perform credit checks and set credit limits
- Handle customer queries and resolve any financial discrepancies
- Produce and send out monthly statements
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Prepare reports on account statuses for senior management
- Support in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of financial regulations and legislation
