Position:Hygiene Operative

Location:Kettering

Shift:Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) Days:5 days out of 7 (including weekends and holidays as required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning of walls, conveyor belts, machinery, and floors in a freezer environment.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, following strict hygiene protocols and health and safety guidelines.
• Operate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Conduct routine inspections of cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the hygiene standards across the facility are consistently maintained.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning roles is essential, preferably in a food production, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Comfortable working in afreezer environment.
• Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and be flexible with working days.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks.
