• Efficiently enter customer orders onto the MAP system and prepare confirmations for dispatch within four days of receipt.
• Arrange cost-effective transport to support the monthly dispatch plan, ensuring timely and full customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and forward all necessary delivery documentation to customers, including packing lists, invoices, and export documentation.
• Assist in assessing customer requests or enquiries, ensuring they are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Administer import/export documentation and arrange suitable transport for internal requests.
• Support the improvement of departmental procedures and compliance with SOX, ISO9001, and ISO14001 regulations.

• Proven experience in a similar sales administration or customer service role.
