The part time Finance Assistant will provide essential support within the Accounting & Finance department for a notable not-for-profit organisation.

Description

  • End to end processing of purchase ledger invoices
  • Producing reports
  • Problem solve and investigate queries
  • Match invoices to nominal codes and upload to the system
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Sales ledger and nominal ledger

Profile

The successful part time Finance Assistant should have:

  • A solid understanding and proficiency in accounting principles.
  • Experience in processing sales and purchase ledger invoices
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Line 50
  • Commitment to upholding the values of the not-for-profit sector.
