Description
- End to end processing of purchase ledger invoices
- Producing reports
- Problem solve and investigate queries
- Match invoices to nominal codes and upload to the system
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales ledger and nominal ledger
Profile
The successful part time Finance Assistant should have:
- A solid understanding and proficiency in accounting principles.
- Experience in processing sales and purchase ledger invoices
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Line 50
