Brook Street are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk, on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an initial 3 month contract, that can go permanent for the right candidate. You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, in the clients office, based in Cwmbran.

Key duties:

• Processing invoices
• Regular reconciliation of accounts
• Sticking to tight query resolution deadlines
• Creation of new supplier accounts
• Supporting team members with their workload when required

Skills and experience required:

• Excellent reconciliation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a very busy, ever changing environment and remain calm under pressure
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced Finance department
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Ability to write and understand Excel formulae
