Transport Planner:

Rochester

Salary: 27K

Day Shifts: 40 hours a week, Flexibility needed due to client's demands

This company are one of the UK's leading manufacturers in their field and due to growth they are looking to add to their team. This well-established company have continued to keep their family feel environment, while rapidly growing at the same time. They are currently looking to add a Transport Planner to their team as their workload increases.

Duties:

• Plan the daily dispatch schedules to make sure all loads are sufficient
• Checking stock and planning loads
• Independently working to plan daily deliveries
• Print customer delivery notes accurately and make sure they get to the right places
• Watch over the loading process to make sure everything is done correctly and on time
• Learn about our production plan to better understand how to oversee dispatch operations
• Supervise everything in the loading process to keep things running smoothly
• Handle printing and distributing delivery notes efficiently

To excel in this role, you will have:

• Great communication skills
• Experience in using Prophet or similar systems
• Previous experience working within a warehouse setting
• Flexibility to work various hours
• Ability to work to deadlines
