Excellence in People Development Award

National Express has achieved the Excellence in People Development Award for it's Master Driver Programme by Birmingham Chamber of Commerce.

Master Drivers achieve advanced standards through a recognised accredited course by the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM).

To be recognised as a Master Driver, you will have progressed from professional to an advanced driver, whilst maintaining an elevated level of safe driving and excellent customer service.

As a Master Driver you will be an IAM member, which brings many additional benefits including discounted breakdown cover, potential reductions on car, motorcycle and home insurance along with savings on many other lifestyle purchases​.
