Update from Hiredonline shorter

The capacity to adapt has always, and will always be an important ability to possess, and this has never been as clear as it has been over the past couple of years. Staying up to date with the times is something that we should all strive to achieve, and Hiredonline is no exception. As a result, we have taken action to renovate and enhance Hiredonline, both in the way we communicate our brand, and how our customers experience it. Read on to find out about why we have chosen to rebrand, and how we are updating the way people find and advertise local jobs.

Removing Recruitment Agencies from our Job Board

To emphasise the value that we place in directly connecting jobseekers and recruiters, Hiredonline have made the bold step to remove recruitment agencies from our job board. Whilst the initial impact of this is of course a decrease in available jobs on our site, we feel that it was an important step in helping to make more valuable recruitment connections with significantly increased efficiency.

On top of streamlining the process for both parties by granting a direct connection, this decision has helped jobseekers find roles perfectly suited to what they can offer. This is because local recruiters now have a better opportunity to stand out within an uncrowded platform, benefiting both parties involved.

Bulk Ordering Through Hiredonline

Advertising jobs through Hiredonline remains as simple as ever, however, we’re now placing more  flexibility, usability, and budget managing measures in the hands of our recruiters. Thanks to the ability to select which (if any) of our partnered job boards you advertise your vacancy with, our Standard Ads are a favourite amongst recruiters both new and long term. In response to the popularity of this product, we have now made bulk ordering an option directly from our website, streamlining the advertising process and helping you to save up to 30% per ad.

New Identity, same Hiredonline

After identifying the need for a renovation, we took a deep dive into truly establishing the values that make Hiredonline who we are, and how we want our brand to be experienced. We view the employment landscape as a community, built of those searching for their next local job, or their future employees. With that in mind, we realised that we needed to strengthen the way that we communicate this belief, placing emphasis on the way our services help to effectively connect this community in a place where we can discover employment together.

Our rebrand isn’t all about updating to a shiny identity however, and we recognise that our services must reflect our core beliefs. So what changes can you, as either a jobseeker or employer, expect to see on your next visit to Hiredonline.co.uk?
