Casting the net far and wide to generate a good targeted response is only half of the task. Sorting through a mountain of CVs can not only be very time consuming for your staff, but you could easily overlook the 'ideal applicant'. CVs are captured via our advanced recruitment software and applicants are screened in accordance with your specific criteria. We agree in advance with you the level of screening required, adapting our service to suit your preferences.


Creating a short list

So if you have ever advertised a vacancy with newspapers, you know exactly how frustrating it can become when bombarded with CVs from all directions and in all formats.

Your Hiredonline Account Manager will give you a username and password which will enable you exclusive access to our online Applicant Management System (AMS). Here you will find details of the applications uploaded to our database. Our tools will allow you to view the most suitable applicants, giving you direct access to short listed applications including screening results.

All applications are now in one place and you can deal with them in a planned and proactive manner, at a time that suits you.


Arranging interviews

Once you have found suitable applicants you arrange your own interviews directly with the applicants either by telephone or you can make contact with the applicants via our online AMS.


Keeping applicants informed

If you have ever applied for a position and not received notification of outcome, then you will appreciate how frustrating this can be for jobseekers.

Our system is designed to make it easy for you to communicate with all applicants. Once you have appointed to the role, then you can use the AMS to easily communicate decline notifications to unsuccessful applicants.


Suitability and references

The Client/Employer shall satisfy itself as to the suitability of the applicant and that any references provided by the applicant shall be taken up directly by the Client/Employer before engaging the applicant.  The Client/Employer is also responsible for obtaining identification, work permits and/or such other permission to work as may be required, for the arrangement of medical examinations and/or investigations into the medical history of any applicant, and satisfying any medical and other requirements, qualifications or permission required by law.
