Lettings Negotiator and Administrator
Due to expansion, our client, a reputable estate agents and chartered surveyors based in Shrewsbury, has an opportunity for an experienced lettings negotiator and administrator to join their well established and respected team.
Working autonomously, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring new business is created and for providing accurate valuations for the existing customer base.
The main responsibilities will involve but are not limited to:
Registering potential vendors
Booking & conducting property valuations
Providing feedback to vendors and purchasers
Maximising opportunities and gaining new business
Taking residential photographs and measurements
Negotiating sales to maximise the best possible outcome for the vendors
The successful candidate will have industry knowledge and at least 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency and of the local area combined with a successful track record in valuations.
You will also be well spoken and presented with a proactive, professional approach and the drive and ambition to get really involved with the business with the realistic prospect of progression into a managerial position.
This is a full time, permanent role which includes working Saturday on a rota basis, one week will be taken off in the week in lieu of this. The role offers a competitive negotiable salary depending on experience.
