Our client provide specialist engineering services to the transport and access industries. As a result of continuing growth, the following role has been created:

The Purchase Ledger Clerk Role:

They are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our busy accounts team.  The key duties will be:

  • Accurate data entry on a variety of IT systems
  • Balancing purchase ledger accounts, budgets and month end reports.
  • Preparing and running payments.
  • Dealing with queries both internally and externally.
  • General accounts and administrative work.
  • General filing and photocopying.

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will have a proven ability in this work and have experience of MS excel and word, work well in a team and have a positive approach to your work with potential to take on more responsibilities over time. Experience of payroll would be beneficial but not essential.

This is a full time role working 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Own transport would be beneficial, parking is available.
