YESSS we are recruiting for an Administration Assistant in the Normanton area:

YESSS Electrical’s National Accounts department are looking to recruit an enthusiastic ambitious Administration Assistant.

This role will involve:

  •   Monitoring a number of dedicated “Single Point of Contact” inbox’s
  •   Advising customer orders and communicating with our National Branch Network
  •   General administrative duties
  •   Raising of Quotations and saving customer terms
  •   Administration of an internal “Call Record System”
  •   Cash collection duties
  •   Assisting Department Managers on a range of project

The ideal candidate: 

  •    Will have good computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  •    Be well organised and able to effectively multi –task
  •    Will have the enthusiasm to learn and develop their skills
  •    Electrical Wholesale experience and a basic level of product knowledge is necessary
