An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader based in Lincoln. The successful candidate will lead a team of staff who manage accommodation for doctors, hospital staff, medical students and other key workers across three hospital sites in Lincolnshire.
Reporting to the Head of Progress Living, the successful candidate will assist in delivering a high quality and customer focussed service.
You will need the ability to motivate and lead staff, for which previous staff supervision experience will be required, together will an eye for detail and a proven advanced knowledge of using Excel.
Enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets will be essential requirements of this post.
You will be required to participate in the out of hours call out rota (currently 1 week in 9) for which an allowance will be payable.
A car should be available for which a mileage allowance will be paid.
Progress Living (part of Progress Housing Group) manage a keyworker scheme with over 570 units of accommodation across three hospital sites in the Lincolnshire area providing accommodation for doctors, hospital staff, medical students and other keyworkers.
