Our client, a well-established and reputable car dealership based in Shrewsbury is looking to appoint a Customer Advisor to join their busy service desk.
Previous customer service experience is essential but no experience in the car dealership industry is required as full training is provided.
You will be assisting customers with their servicing needs, booking vehicles in and processing service orders and records. You will provide a smooth and seamless service and deal with customers both face to face and by the telephone. Good IT skills and excellent attention to detail are also required.
You must be an upbeat and confident person who is able to deal with the public easily and be quick thinking in order to deal with concerns or issues effectively.
This is a full time (8am until 5:30pm) permanent position with a basic salary of £17,000 + commission.
