We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join an international financial services company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Organize project team and drive the formulation of project plan(s) - initiation, planning, execution, communication, launch, etc.
* Calculate and refine project milestones and dates in line with project sponsor and key stakeholders
* Maintain awareness of a project's status, scope and condition
* Record project progress including tasks, key decisions, milestones and status updates
* Facilitate project activities such as weekly team meetings and spearhead issues resolution and risk mitigation
* Promote team collaboration to achieve project and business goals
* Adapt to PMO requirements and procedures while focusing on project deliverables

Required Skills:

* Skilled in managing and leading the delivery of multiple complex projects
* Pragmatic approach to addressing challenges to deliver projects, in line with overall business requirements and priorities
* Ability to provide insight for Execs and Senior Management into change activity by portfolio/project, incorporating resource utilisation, expenditure and return on investment
* Maintain a clear connection between project(s) and overall strategy
* Ability to distribute and track responsibilities and align to key project team members - Project Sponsor, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Development, etc.

This is a permanent position and the client is willing to pay up to £100,000 p.a. depending on experience.
