Right now, we are specifically looking for an up-and-coming compliance professional to join the team as a Compliance Analyst and help us continue with our success story. This role is integral to the day-to-day running of our business and ensures that new and existing clients are rigorously examined and screened in accordance with FCA regulation.

Requirements

The successful person will be responsible for:

Processing client identification of both private and corporate clients.

Working with the sales and dealing team in regards to the activation of new clients.

Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD); conducting and advising requirements regarding EDD on high risk private and corporate clients and transactions.

Perform beneficiary screening, politically exposed person (PEP) and sanctions list screening of clients and payment beneficiaries.

Transaction monitoring, reviewing and investigating system alerts.

Prepare daily reports in regards to any blocked payments.

Provide compliance support and advice to sales and dealing team when required.

Assist in the development of the company compliance programme liaising with the Head of Compliance.

Take on ad-hoc duties such as assisting in maintaining relationships with clients via inbound telephone or email, basic compliance checks and liaising with internal departments such as sales and dealing for project based work.

Requirements

The successful person will have the following:

Previous experience working in a compliance role with specific exposure to handling foreign exchange and international payments; either in an FX company or Bank.

Great attention to detail and can easily identify irregular trends or patterns through a meticulous approach to work.

A good communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Payments/Dealing platforms.

An interest in the financial markets and a desire to join a growing FX & Payments business.

Remuneration

£25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus (20%) + Gym Membership + Pension
