Our Client is the UK Division of an International Engineering and Construction PLC with a significant track record. The UK division turns over in excess of £400 million and is growing both through acquisition and organic development. They have a range of customers in both the private and public sectors where they provide services and projects through long term contract agreements and relationships. They are technically advanced and constantly looking for innovation to provide high quality services to their clients.

The Facilities Management Business in the UK has a current turnover of circa £200 million and has a strong and dynamic, highly qualified management team.

We are looking for a Divisional Finance Director who will take responsibility for the entire financial function for this business unit and who will act as the principle for the function, acting as a key leader in the ongoing development to include day by day financial leadership through to acquisition integration.

You will be an experienced Finance Leader or Director in a business that currently turns over in excess of £100 million and ideally be used to managing the complete finance function where contracting, outsourcing and services are the norm. You will also appreciate high risk contract management and annuity income streams within long term contracts, ideally in the Construction, engineering or FM Facilities Management industry.

If you are looking for career change and have the experience we are looking for that could in time lead to further and more broad based career opportunities I would like to talk to you.
