This major entertainment company is looking to hire a talented UI / UX Designer to deliver word-class customer experience across its digital channels

The role will be responsible for:

- Working with cross-functional teams to inspire and deliver world-class customer experience.
- Championing the value of good UI & UX and the difference between them.
- Delivering the best possible online user experience to optimise business objectives.
- Driving the alignment of User Experience across all digital channels
- Maintaining design standards and industry best practices across digital products.
- Creating design deliverables such as personas, process flows, scenarios, wireframes and hi-res designs to communicate your design thinking and solutions
- Ensuring team members understand and leverage new technologies and techniques that improve user experience.
- Develop & maintain the quality of creative work across digital channels and uphold the brand guidelines throughout to ensure consistency.
- Apply UCD design frameworks for continuous improvement
- Liaising with stakeholders on new features and functionality
- Provide creative direction, support and assistance to internal teams and external agencies

Skills needed:

- Expert understanding of design issues for complex online experiences and products across multiple markets
- Strong experience designing for mobile, tablet, and desktop
- The ability to be able to understand and realise the business objectives and marketing strategy
- Strong conceptual and creative ideas with good design understanding of UCD principles and front-end interface design
- Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines
- Passion for design and technology. Savvy in web design, web production, user experience, web content and best practices
- Demonstrate time management skills and proven track record of successful project planning and scheduling
- Experience of delivering projects in a flexible and interactive manner
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Self-starter, motivated and consistently reliable. Proactive and works on own initiative
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and an adaptability to communicate across all levels of the organisation
- A strong team player with the ability to collaborate, brainstorm ideas, educate and provide an informed point of view
- Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
