We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join our client in Central Bristol. The main focus of the role will be to deal with requests which come into the Office Services Team. You will be reporting to the Office Manager.

Main Duties:
-Collection and opening of post
-Client travel bookings
-Dealing with archiving request
-Dealing with Deeds requests
-Other Office Services tasks
-Ensuring that the post deadlines are kept to.
-Organising meeting room equipment set ups
-General maintenance of general office equipment
-Assisting with moving and transportation of boxes around the office
-Booking travel for clients; pool cars, hire cars and train travel
-Dealing with archiving request
-Dealing with Deeds requests
-Building related queries
-Provide data to Office Services Team Leader when required
-Report any issues to Team Leader/ Office Manager
