A trendy media company in the heart of London are seeking a temp Purchase Ledger to help their talented team cover the busy holiday period. They are looking for a switched on AP to help out with the heavier workload over the busy Christmas period. You would need to be immediately available or within a maximum of 3 days notice. The role pays £13 per hour + perks (including the all expenses paid Christmas party!).

You will be reporting to the Purchase Ledger manager, responsibilities include:

- General accounts duties

- Coding and posting purchase invoices into Sage 200

- Supplier statement reconciliations

- Handling and tracking purchase order requests from across the business

- Dealing with supplier queries

- Monthly analysis & reconciliation work
