Are you an experienced Streetworks Coordinator or NRSWA Administrator? Are you then perhaps looking to take a step up and move into a Streetworks Team Leader position? If you're answering yes to these questions then this position might be just what you're looking for!

Our client has a depot based in Edmonton, Enfield and require someone to take charge as a Streetworks Team Leader and to assist the Streetworks team in meeting targets successfully.

Who are our clients' and what do they do? These guys are a large Highways Maintenance company whose work covers the North East of London and surrounding areas, with this particular role being based in Edmonton.

The purpose of this Streetworks Team Leader role is to deliver the Traffic Management Act functions for the company on behalf of LoHAC Boroughs surrounding Edmonton.

Responsibilities of Streetworks Team Leader:

- Manage day to day permit applications to ensure compliance across a range of measures, including but not limited to the following; Permit applications, Permit variations, Work starts, Work stops, Registrations
- Manage stakeholder liaison for works where required
- Attend Client meetings where required and be a company representative, and take meeting minutes and action plans as a result
- Manage complaints from the client regarding non-compliance
- To carry out other duties consistent with the above that may be directed or implied from time to time as required commensurate to the post
- Ensure data submitted to internal and external clients is error free
- To support team in meeting performance reporting deadlines
- Ensure all related service performance indicators and contractual requirements are met
- Delivery of business plan objectives
- Contributions to the performance board report, strategic board, area board, annual maintenance report, 6 monthly innovations report
- Issuing works start and stop notices to 100% compliance, along with all planned permits
- Ensure works are batched targets are met

Skills and Experience:

- Great Microsoft Excel and Word skills, along with excellent written English
- Competent communication, organisational and time management skills
- An understanding of highway maintenance and works
- A flexible approach that is able to adapt to challenging timescales and workloads
- Detailed understanding of NRSWA, TMA and LoPS
- Knowledge of the TfL Lane Rental Scheme would be desirable
- Able to commute to Edmonton in a satisfactory timeframe
