Credit facility review/Loan documentation - Assistant Manager
£45,000 - 55,000

Our client a corporate bank based in London are urgently seeking an Assistant Manager to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager will include:

- Approving all lending documentation and ensuring operational aspects are controllable and in accordance with agreed procedures.
- Reviewing all new committed/uncommitted credit facilities approved by Credit department.
- Maintaining internal procedures.
- Building strong working relationships with all Front Office departments and providing accurate information on documentation reviews.
- Supporting team members by supplying internal on the job training.
- Reviewing Credit Risk insurance policies against the credit application.
- Approving workflows, procedures and business process flows with Front Office & Finance department.

Successful Assistant Manager will have:

- Strong understanding of standard Loan Market Associate documentation
- Previous experience in a Financial Services environment
- Familiarity of key risks and associated control points in the transactions lifecycle
- Solid experience within loan and credit related documentation
- The ability to demonstrate good communication, teamwork and inter-personal skills
