Our client is a highly successful, well-established voice and data communications reseller in the UK. It have developed an in-house Hosted Telephony solution that is a proven, robust, fully functional "green light" system. It delivers significant functional and pricing advantages over current market offerings. The company provides, finance and support our solution completely in-house, to give complete, 100% ownership of all levels of pricing, margin and customer support. Key to the success of this offering is their fully managed Private voice only Internet connectivity providing guarantees on Quality of Service across DSL, FTTC, EFM and Ethernet Fibre.

The company is looking to secure a key sales champion for Cloud Services; cross-selling new solutions into existing Telecoms accounts and developing new logo business.

This is a new position within the organisation as it develops a Cloud Sales strategy to both existing and new customers. This person will have proven sales expertise in this marketplace, demonstrating a record of success to date and looking for a new challenge.. to be a the start of a new chapter in the company's history.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and drive a successful cloud strategy proposition for the business

To build the product set and commercials for go to market cloud proposition.

Work closely with the rest of the sales team on opportunities. Preparing solutions documents and proposals, attending customer meetings to present the final solution.

Help to train and guide the existing sales teams channel in how to identify a Cloud opportunity within their existing accounts base.

Engage with Cloud technical specialists and project support team to bring solutions into service.

Required skills:

A track record in selling IT services particularly Microsoft and other cloud solutions- Exchange, Windows Server, Office365, Dropbox for Business, Off site data backup and other cloud based services.

An ability to present to high level decision makers in various industry sectors

An understanding of the sales cycle including an ability to identify and develop prospects, handle objections, prepare and present proposals and solutions documents and close the sale.

Work closely with existing and new business customers to deliver solutions that meet their business and technical requirements

Have a Solution-sales mentality

An ability to work with other individuals and teams within the organisation

Microsoft/IT/Cloud sales accreditations already gained
