The Role - National Sales Manager (IT Healthcare Systems)

Following expansion they now seek to recruit a commercially astute National Sales Manager. Working from home, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing and leading the IT healthcare sales teams and defining the UK sales strategy.

You will be responsible for managing a team as they 'up-sell' and identify new business opportunities, ultimately looking to exceed area sales and gross profit targets agreed within their markets. You will look to extend the customer base, assist in training team members, drive recruitment, analyse competitor activity, organise territory structures and take responsibility for the overall sales strategy and driving growth.

Your Background - National Sales Manager (IT Healthcare Systems)

To succeed in this varied and challenging role, you must be able to demonstrate a background in selling IT systems into the healthcare sector / NHS. Applications are welcomed from sales professionals from all IT healthcare sales backgrounds, including PAS, PACS, RIS, cardiology, LIMIS and IT healthcare informatics.

You will need to be well organised and an excellent relationship builder, with a good attention for detail and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
