Are you a Business Development Manager in the Fashion world seeking a new opportunity? This growing establishment in Fashionable Shoes, are looking for a hungry sales professional with industry experience to target a wide range of Retailers.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager for this award-winning establishment, you are required to target Retailers selling a portfolio of Fashionable Shoes. You will be building your desk from scratch, so a hunter mentality will be desired. You will need to manage the accounts you bring on whilst consistently keeping your eye out for new opportunities of growth. There may be choice for international travel, as you will be finding new business opportunities globally. You will be performing against set targets to make the most of the outstanding commission plan.

Experience Required:
The Business Development Manager will ideally be degree educated from an established university and have experience selling a product, targeting Retailers. It would be preferable if you had the contacts to bring over with you and start building business straight away. You will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI's.

The Package:
The offered package for a Business Development Manager is a rewarding base salary of £30,000 - £50,000; depending on experience; with an uncapped OTE of £70,000 in your first year. You will also receive a company phone + laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
