A leading nationwide supplier of sports nutrition products and health & fitness supplements is presently looking to increase its sales team in West Yorkshire.

The Position:

The successful candidate will be tasked with increasing market share and brand recognition through:

- Meeting and exceeding new business sales targets (approximately 40 sales calls a day)
- Lead generation for external representatives
- Forging strong relationships with existing customers
- Following up on customer enquiries in an organised manner
- Using Salesforce CRM to improve the efficiency of sales workflows
- Working closely with other departments in the business
- Occasional client visits in conjunction with field sales teams

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

- A minimum of two years' business to business sales experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- A dynamic, outgoing, enquiring and resourceful personality
- (Ideally) experience of working with Salesforce CRM
- The ability to empathise with customers and focus upon THEIR needs

Specific sports nutrition knowledge is by no means a prerequisite as product training will be provided but an interest in the health & fitness industry would clearly be a distinct advantage
