Our client who is an iconic luxury sports car manufacturer, is currently recruiting for the following role:

Job Purpose:
The UK Regional Marketing Processes function is responsible for all processes related to customer database management and customer engagement, aiming to enhance our customer experience at each stage of their purchasing and ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Establish customer database management and data cleansing processes to support the development and growth of the UK customer database.
- Responsible for accurate lead capture activities at all UK Regional Events including responsibility for analysing leads generated from events and managing the follow up process, along with assessing the ROI from all marketing activities.
- Interrogate lead generation and proactively progress these through to Closed Won` orders. Analyse and report on Closed Lost` orders and suggest, and implement, corrective action plans.
- Develop presentations demonstrating effectiveness of lead management programmes and customer conversion metrics. Responsible for tracking, monitoring & reporting on customer conversion rates on a monthly basis, particularly through the new model launch phase.
- Establish reporting process via Synergy to support the Regional Managers and implement standard processes for managing the interface between Synergy and the dealer CRM System, including database sharing with new dealer appointments.
- Provide guidance to the dealer network about how global initiatives can be translated and implemented into meaningful dealer activity, including AMFS and BrandHubs assets.
- Liaise with the Marketing Manager & Marketing Executive to assist in the generation of fully-costed marketing plans that include both tactical and strategic activity on sales and aftersales activity.
- Support Regional Operations Managers to challenge and scrutinise dealer marketing activity and lead generation/conversion rates.
- Plan/support regional and dealer product launches in line with global product launch strategy.
- Engage with key customers to build long-term relationships.
- Manage key VIP customers and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWI) visits to Gaydon. Manage customer communication process for the UK, along with planning and supporting VIP and Special Project Customer visits.
- Manage early adopter VIP customers in new model launch programmes.
- Develop customer insights and test campaigns against customer segments to determine targeted marketing tactics that are most attractive for individual segments of customers.
- Work in collaboration with dealers to deliver campaigns targeting conquest prospecting.
- Manage the Dealer Mystery Shop Programme and analyse the UK CSI results. Be responsible for suggesting and implementing improvement processes to enhance the customer journey.
- Work with the global Marcoms team to feedback UK requirements to ensure that tools, assets and collateral produced centrally meet the regional requirements.
- Develop and maintain links to support positive communications with the client.
- Manage external agencies and suppliers to represent the company to the highest possible standard, whilst ensuring the company is at all times maximising the value and benefit of such relationships.
- Ensure that all expenditure is managed and measured within the agreed expenditure and is measured after execution with detailed ROI measurements.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Business/Marketing preferred with Marketing/Communications experience.
- Experience in retail marketing, understanding of automotive retail, and the luxury market.
- Innovative, Process and IT literate problem solver with courage to challenge processes in order to make improvements and achieve Regional Sales & Marketing objectives.
- Ability to develop programmes and promotions through strategic thinking and an eye for detail to achieve superb standards of quality and customer experience.
- CRM systems knowledge or experience, particularly Salesforce & dealership CRM systems.
- Team player, capable of motivating dealer personnel to implement programmes/promotions.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated.
- Flexible approach to working hours and event support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
- Able to work autonomously yet ensure all relevant parties are kept well informed.
