Lead .Net Developer - Independent Digital Agency

I am currently working with an independent digital agency based in Central London who are looking to hire a Lead .Net Developer. The agency work with a variety of clients to help drive their growth and success through three streams; data, communication and creative technology.

The business have a large pipeline of upcoming work with important clients. They are looking to hire a hands on Lead developer who can improve the technical and delivery processes on the development team. In addition, you will manage a small team of back and front end developers helping to shape their careers. You will still have the opportunity to be involved in designing and building the architecture, while ensuring that the team follow best practices and running code reviews.

The Role

Initially, you will work across a number of large scale, highly transactional website builds, CRM projects and a potential upcoming digital transformational project. It would be a bonus if you could work directly with clients, but it is more important for you to be able to build projects of a high quality.

For this position, you must have:

- Experience in C# development.
- Previous examples of working with web content management systems e.g Umbraco, Episerver or Sitecore.
- Knowledge of GIT, Continuous Integration and Azure.
- Previously designed technical architectures for high traffic sites and applications.
- Experience of leading a development team.

It would be beneficial if you have worked in an agency previously, as the work will be very fast paced. In addition it would be good if you have previously worked with senior technical stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to shape the technical processes of a growing development team, and work on a collaborative and friendly team. If you are looking for a chance to step into a lead position, please get in touch.
