Our client's cloud-based platform enables companies to retain and engage with their customers through individualised large scale communication. Now that they've taken Northern Europe by storm, they're looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join their team as they launch their business in the UK.

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for developing new business for our client's innovative marketing technology throughout the UK.

Initially, your day-to-day job will involve securing a steady, growing and predictable amount of outbound leads. You'll learn how the nation's biggest companies communicate with their customers, find their pain points and suggest strategies or solutions that meet their requirements.

As you'll be the first point of contact within the business, it's crucial that you create a straight-forward, friendly and exciting experience for all prospective customers. As such, great interpersonal skills are essential.

Your other duties will involve:

- Qualifying, educating and connecting prospects with the Sales Teams
- Identifying key decision makers and passing leads to the Sales Executives
- Creating a steady, growing pipeline of leads

Interested? To be considered, you must have at least one year's B2B sales experience. A confident communication style and great presentation skills are also key.

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you must be a personable team player with bags of enthusiasm. Always eager for a new challenge, you must also have brilliant relationship-building abilities and a 'can do' attitude.

Ideally, you'll have a recruitment or software sales background, but this is by no means essential.
