C# .Net Developer

Location: Central Manchester

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

As a C# Developer you will be joining a team of high calibre technologists where you will be encouraged to voice your opinion and provide ideas from day one. They are very team orientated and focused on improving their systems day by day and you will focus your time on driving continuous improvement across code quality, design and testing. This is where you can have a great impact going forward.

The company are a very well established financial organisation who are going through a period of change into a much more Agile and creative environment, therefore previous experience within an Agile organisation is desirable for this role, as you will be working with the team to drive this mind set and behaviour.

As well as having strong experience in C# .Net development and excellent communication skills, it would also be beneficial to have experience of leading projects and mentoring junior team members. Test Driven Development (TDD) is another important part of the role which you will need previous exposure with.

Culture is massively important to the organisation as they seek to maintain a very enjoyable and challenging environment. The work is fast paced with an excellent network of team members around you. There are about 20 members in the team, which consists of BAs, PMs, Testers, Developers etc.
