The Role:

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, you will be highly communicative and become an expert with the company's complex product, learning the multiple ways it can be used as well as a huge amount about the business itself. You will be joining a friendly and energetic team, working together to ensure every tough problem is overcome and each customer is happy with the enthusiastic service provided.

Key Responsibilities:

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, your tasks will involve:

* Providing support to new users so that they can get the most out of the product
* Working closely with the product team to prioritise feature requests
* Working across teams; from engineering to sales, providing crucial input on getting bugs fixed and on the features their current users enjoy
* Using your initiative to suggest improvements to internal support tools and processes
* Answering calls and emails from new and existing customers
* Working your way around their sophisticated bespoke risk analysis system
* Carrying out verification checks on new users

What we're looking for?

* At least a second class honours from university
* A fast learner who is able to understand complex information
* A real team player who loves collaborating
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A keen eye for detail and fantastic organisational skills are imperative
* Willingness to go the extra mile when needed
* While previous experience is not a pre-requisite any office experience would be ideal.
