DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: You responsibilities will include but will not be limited to,

- Scheduling in works for operatives
- Monitoring and managing the operatives schedule throughout the day
- Understanding operatives workmanship and quality expectations
- Contingency planning and decision making
- Building and maintaining operative relationships
- Entering data onto the systems
- Communicating with operatives and clients
- Providing support to the Operatives Manager

CANDIDATE: Successful candidates will possess,

- A positive and energetic approach to work and all tasks set
- Drive, enthusiasm, sense of humor and a "can do" approach to life
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
- Patience when communicating with operatives and an ability to maintain composure during conversations
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desired
- Although a prior knowledge of the maintenance and building industry will be of benefit, it is not a requirement as training will be provided

REPORTING TO: Operatives Manager

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with flexibility to cover some weekend shifts

SALARY: £18,000 - £22,000 p.a. with OTE up to £24,000 p.a.
