I now have a great opportunity to join an award winning luxury hotel in the South West as Head Chef. You will manage the kitchen operations and develop the menus to improve the standards and use of local suppliers further.

This beautiful high end Hotel and Spa operation has a Rosette awarded restaurant and spa facility.

The ideal Head Chef will need to be passionate about food, creative and forward thinking but also have good business acumen. Previous Rosette or fine dining experience in a Head Chef role would be ideal.You will be an inspiration to the team and help develop their skills and knowledge moving forward,

As Head Chef your duties will include:.

- To ensure the kitchen brigade consistently produces food to the highest standards
- To assisting in developing the food menus and extend a social media presence to inform and engage guests
- To have an appreciation of the wide range of dishes, food trends and competitor activities in the marketplace and develop menus appropriately
- To negotiate with local suppliers and ensure products of the highest quality and best price are available to use on the menu.
- Take an active role in supporting food and drink training initiatives in the business.
