The role of Tenant Liaison Manager is to facilitate existing and prospective tenant by providing day to day management of the sites. You will report into the Business Support Manager or Area Property Manager. The Tenant Liaison Manager will work closely with the Property Team ensuring tenant satisfaction and full utilisation of all sites.

My Client is a well know public sector organisation they are the head tenant for over 300 sites throughout England, they are seeking Tenant Liaison Manager to ensure they meet their vision for these sites.

The management of these sites is crucial to ensure they are able to achieve their overall vision. To deliver excellent site management to all site occupants and ensure that each site is being fully unitised during working hours.

Description

As a Tenant Liaison Manager you will be the first point of contact for site tenants, you will ensure a positive working relationship and deal with general site related queries.

You will need to act as the tenants representative when dealing with all queries on soft and hard FM services to the Building Services Manager.

Provide support to site contractors on tenants work requests, ensure the approval processes are followed and liaise with the helpdesk.

You will need to accompany contractors on site visits for tenant work requests. The Tenant Liaison Manager will coordinate any requests for changes to Facilities Management services provided.

You will ensure that all site tenants are aware and updated on all planned/reactive site maintenance works. You must arrange welcome meetings for all new tenants.

Action site contracting requests such as work permits, risk assessments as and when required.

Ensure seasonable sites users are provided with assistance when booking space. Manage the rook booking system to ensure that the sites are maximising there utilisation. Report variations between bookings and usage. Ensure all rooms are being used for their allocated purposes and discrepancies will be reported to the Area Property Manager.

Assist the Property Administrators with invoicing tenants for using bookable space. Keep records of all FM contracts, attend all site inspections and develop positive working relationships will all contractors. Update the building matrix and maintain all compliance documentation. Produce schedules of all outstanding site maintenance.

Profile

As a Tenant Liaison Manage you must have the following;

- Minimum of 2 year of Facilities Management Experience
- BIFM Level 3 or above
- Must be able to present complex information to a varied working group
- Experience of financial management/ budget control
- Must be able to manage and work under pressure
- Must be able to planned works adjusting to changing environments
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Understanding of healthcare services - desirable
- IOSH/ NESBOSH - Desirable
- Experience is supervising a team -Desirable
