My client is a Global Media Agency, employing over 30,000 people across 120 countries that are going through a Finance Transformation Programme. They are based in central London and are currently looking to recruit a Global Operational Process Owner in P2P with a focus on process excellence across finance operations. In particular, you will drive processes consistency across all markets.

This role sits within Finance Operations and reports directly into the Global Process owner for P2P.

Main responsibilities for this Global Business Analyst - P2P

- Understand and document existing business processes

- Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

- Provide recommendations for process standardisation, working capital improvements and process simplification/automation

- Develop strong working relationships throughout all projects with all levels of staff

- Work with local & regional CFOs and operational finance leadership in all markets, regions and outsourced SSCs to drive process standardisation

- Ensure global processes are properly implemented within Operational Finance shared service centres

- Deliver best practice and guidance across the Commercial and Operational Finance organisations

- Ensure all process documentation relating to global processes remains up-to-date

About you:

- An abundance of experience of process improvement in a large multinational organisation
- Strong P2P experience - (e.g. Expense system roll outs, purchase order automation and invoice matching, etc.)
- Strong experience working with third party outsource providers
- Experience of working in the Media industry or Professional Services is ideal
- Ability to work with all levels within an organization
- Ability to drive out simple solutions to complex problems
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Qualified accountant ideally
- Global travel may be required
