Our client is an expanding Top 15 accountancy practice with offices across the UK and internationally. They are now looking for an HR Recruitment Officer to join their team in London.

As an HR Recruitment Officer, you will help to build and manage the firm's recruitment service offering to customers, as well as assisting with direct hiring for the firm's internal departments.

You'll promote our client's recruitment services by attending network events and actively identifying new ways to reach out to the firm's customer base.

Liaising directly with customers, you'll define roles, draft job descriptions and source and shortlist candidates, providing customers with feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Supporting the internal hiring process, you'll perform direct sourcing activities to find candidates for fee earning and support roles throughout the firm. Additionally, you will support the on-boarding process for new joiners and carry out a range of HR admin tasks.

To be considered, you must have:

- Some recruitment experience or experience gained within a recruitment agency
- Experience of building and managing client relationships
- Knowledge of recruitment, resourcing and attraction tools such as LinkedIn and Reed

Our client will also consider eager school leavers or graduates with business development or sales experience (although some recruitment experience will be preferred).

Organised and focused, as an HR Recruitment Officer, you must have strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner. You must also be able to engage with staff at all levels and work on your own initiative.

Experience gained within the accounting and/or professional services sector would be beneficial.
