Global ERP Training Lead

A world leading media and advertising agency in central London is looking to appoint an experienced ERP Global Training Lead on a permanent basis.

The company have thousands of employees globally, and are one of the global leaders within their field.

The Global Training Lead will be accountable for the definition, implementation and oversight of the Global Training Strategy and associated materials, to support the successful implementation of the AX solution globally across identified target markets.

It will be responsible for defining the approach, materials and assessment criteria for all aspects of training required to support the AX Implementation globally including that required for new markets, Pilot markets and any other supporting training activity. It will hold responsibility for overseeing the development of Global Training Materials, the localisation of market specific Training Materials and the delivery of these as part of each of the local market transitions.

Training Developers will report into the Global Training Lead.

Key accountabilities

- Defining the Global Training Approach and Strategy to be utilised across all implementations
- Owning the development of all associated Training Materials and overseeing their use and delivery Globally within in scope markets including but not limited to: - Training Plan;
- Training Needs Analysis;
- Global Training Curriculum;
- Local Training Curriculum;
- Global Training Materials;
- Local Training Materials;
- Learning Management System & Structure (if applicable);
- Training Effectiveness Assessment Materials; and
- Follow Up Training Materials.

- Providing Training expertise across the programme team, including into regional project teams
- Overseeing the Training Developers complete the development of the Global Training Material in line with the defined Global Training Curriculum
- Overseeing the Regional Project Teams complete the development of the Local Training Material in line with the defined Local Training Curriculum
- Where required, overseeing the development of Global / Local training material by an external third party supplier
- Providing oversight and Training expertise to the regional project teams implementing the training approach and delivery of the training material for local markets
- Identifying, raising and resolving risks to end user understanding, buy-in and solution adoption
- Managing and reporting on Global Training Plans
- Providing SME input to the development of Global SOPs in line with the agreed Training approach for FTP

Key Experiences

- Experience defining and overseeing the implementation of a Global Training approach on a technology-driven transformation initiative, preferably for an ERP programme
- Demonstrable excellent engagement skills with senior stakeholders
- Experience of using and managing a Learning Management System
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience developing Training deliverable templates for Global adoption
- Experience of developing Training Materials
- Experience identifying and resolving training-related issues and risks
- Ability to quickly understand business context and operations
- Familiarity with ERP finance modules and associated business processes
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Ability to execute plans and meet project objectives
- Excellent managerial and communications skills
- A team player and inspires trust from his/her colleagues at senior and technical levels
